With pronunciation hints this time! :-)

otorhinolaryngologist: an ear-nose-and-throat doctor. It is a lot easier if you break it down: oto (ear), rhino (nose – a ‘rhinoceros’ is a ‘nose-horn’, from Greek rhino nose + keras horn, and a nose job at the plastic surgeon is a ‘rhinoplasty’), and laryn[x] (part of the throat).

While looking up the etymology of ‘rhinoceros’ I also came across this page, which suggests that the plural of ‘rhinoceros’ is ‘rhinocerotes’.
